Donald F. Ashley, Managing Partner
Mr. Ashley oversees Critical Capital Management which specializes in
providing C-Level Executives across most major industries and
identifies candidates with specific industry experience for the Venture
Capital/Turnaround Management industries.
Mr. Ashley has more than 30 years of senior executive experience with
firms such as Goldman Sachs, Hitachi Group and Scott Paper. He has
served as CEO and CFO for numerous firms as well as director of a $75
million company and a partner in a national Venture Capital/Turnaround
Management Firm.
Mr. Ashley serves on civic and charitable boards and is a member of
Association for Corporate Growth, Turnaround Management Association and
The Greater Philadelphia Senior Executive Group. Mr. Ashley holds an
MBA from St. Johns University.
Michele Bennett, Managing Partner
An equally accomplished CIO and CMO, she leads Marketing Intelligence Management. As a technologist, she has worked in diverse fields including artificial intelligence, data warehousing, document management, internet application development, and global project management. As a marketer, she has been a managing partner of several marketing and interactive agencies, providing digital strategy and solutions across multiple industries including pharmaceuticals, technology, financial services, consumer goods, and luxury brands.
She also works with investigative auditors in information governance, ediscovery and litigation support.
Michele is one of the founding members of the Innovation and Ideation Forum, a trade organization that fosters collaboration and innovation between marketing and technology professionals utilizing creative ideation techniques.
Michele holds a Bachelor’s degree from Penn State and a master’s degree from Villanova University.
David Scudder, Managing Partner
With over sixteen years experience in highly competitive staffing services industry, David has supported a diverse set of industries, including Fortune 500, Big 4 Consulting, Financial and Information Technology Services.
David heads Intelligent Capital Networks business operations and leads the company's strategy which has resulted in continued steady growth since the company's founding. In this role, he develops and delivers programs and strategies designed to enhance the firm’s overall recruiting efforts. He is a proven executive with a reputation for developing strategies and tactics to drive revenue in contract placement, direct hire and recruiting while supporting corporate goals. With David’s experience he is able to do this by utilizing technology applications in recruiting, metrics to improve performance, providing interview / recruiting training to staff and developing out-of the box ideas in identifying and evaluating talent.
A co-founder of Human Capital Management, Inc. in 2000, David has created and implemented solutions to a wide range of challenges in recruiting, recruiter development, and performance management.
Prior to starting Human Capital Management, Inc. David was the senior vice president of regionally recognized technology staffing firm driving the organization from annual sales of $1 million to over $30 million in a 6 year period.
Dave and his wife with 3 children live in the Wayne, PA area. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Finance from Mount St. Mary’s University.

As the Director of Sales and Marketing, Jack’s focus has been building successful partnerships with leading companies throughout the region. His skills and client-centric focus provide client companies a proven method of increasing human capital potential.
Before starting Human Capital Management, Jack spent ten years within the staffing and placement industry. As a leader of both regional and international staffing firms he developed a deep understanding of the efforts and focus needed to consistently meet and exceed client expectations.
Jack lives in the western Philadelphia suburbs and is a graduate of both St. Joseph’s Preparatory High School and Fordham University.
